It's really too bad that we can't rate this
urn as excellent. We have just received our package. Upon opening
it we were ahstruck at how much prettier it is than the picture
shows. There is glitter on the wings that the picture doesn't show,
but we absolutely loved finding. We are more than completely happy
with our purchase and most importantly with the service we experienced.
You representative was very helpful and understanding.
