Description:
The Weeping Angel Ivory Mourning Cremation Urn is an incredible depiction of the weeping angel monument sculpture made in 1894 by William Wetmore Story, an American poet and sculpture for his wife Evelyn. His beautiful monument was placed in the Protestant Cemetery, in Rome.
This beautiful mourning angel leans over the urn, mourning the loss of the loved one within. Her lovely arms, body and wings are so detailed, it seems this urn was created with love. Hearts encircle the top of the monument and her wreath lays gently over the side. This urn is a true work of art, museum quality.
Size & Measurements:
This bottom loading urn is 200 cubic inches, large enough for an adult. It measures 11 1/2" across by 11 1/2" tall by 8 1/2" deep.
