I just received my urn yesterday and am pleased beyond words! Thank you so much for the beautiful craftsmanship on my memory piece for my amazing dad!
Thank for being so excellent!
The custom work is beautifully designed and engraved. The materials are high quality and customer service is top notch. When I needed a rush on delivery to receive by memorial date they worked with me and saw to it was delivered on time. I received compliments on the urn and was told that it truly represented who my husband was as a musician. They checked on my satisfaction every step of the way. I would give " In the Light Urns" an A++. Thank you again
I received the Urn for my late husband, and I wanted to express my thanks for the beautiful workmanship and that I am very pleased with it.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The blue bass guitar on Steve's urn was perfect!
We were delighted to see that the blue bass guitar on Steve's urn was not just a molded plastic one, but a carved wooden body with real wire strings, real frets, an amp volume control and a plug-in jack! To have put such detail into the design and execution of the guitar was an unexpected delight. Steve would have loved it -- maybe he "directed" us to it. The inscription we requested was absolutely accurate, as well. Everyone at his "Celebration of Life," held on Jan. 17, 2015, was impressed. Steve's own, real-life blue bass guitar was on display, as well. If you put as much care -- and love -- into all your urns as you put into this one, you will be performing a compassionate service to many grieving families. Thank you.
