What is the Return Policy?

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from In The Light Urns. That is why we offer a 365-day return policy, from the date of purchase. If your urn arrives and you decide it is not right for your needs, you may return it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice. We will refund the purchase price of the item. Refunds may take up to two weeks.

We take the greatest care in packaging your items for shipping. If your urn arrives damaged, contact us at In The Light Urns immediately and we will arrange to send a new urn straightaway.

We cannot return custom-made or engraved urns, but we will replace urns that have been made incorrectly by our mistake. If your urn has an error made during production, such as a spelling inaccuracy, please notify us with a picture or description of the error. We will arrange to have a correct urn shipped to you immediately.
