Will I Be Able To Track My Order

Many of our products are custom engraved that will not add to the ship time of your order.

After purchase you will be emailed an order confirmation. All orders are processed in line as they come in. Expedites Overnight, 2 & 3 Day shipments moves to the front and for free shipping we have the promised 7 to 10 days to get the delivery to you.

A tracking number will be send as soon as the Shipper has been determined and the shipping label has been made. As soon as we make the shipping tag an email is sent to you telling you the package is in the system. This does not mean the package has yet shipped. At the end of the day the Shipper will scan the "End of Day" Manifest and you will should see that it is moving. From there estimated date of arrival should be available on the shippers website.

NOTE: These delivery times do NOT include the manufacturing time (see above). We ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post as well as other International Carriers. Please allow additional delivery time if shipping to APOs, FPOs or PO Boxes or remote locations. For time critical delivery, please email sale@inthelighturns.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. Also delivery to outside the United States local customs authorities must do what they must so duties and taxes can be assessed.
