The Gold Medallion Urn Name Plates are a beautiful way to personalize any vase style urn. This name plate has the option of three font styles on three lines of engraving. You also have the option of adding a Swarovski birthstone, as well as a passing stone on either side of the chain for a personal touch. The chain has an adjustable lobster claw clasp in the back to fill any vase style urn. Urns are usually brass, metal, glass, raku or ceramic.

The name plate can accommodate up to 3 lines of engraving. The letters appear clear and striking in your choice of three fonts. The name will be larger than any other engraving on the plate. Here is an example of what we can engrave:
