We know that when you order a memorial, timing matters. We ship quickly, keep you informed at every step, and offer free standard shipping within the United States. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Free Standard Shipping (United States)
All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. Standard orders typically arrive 7–10 business days after your order is complete. Deliveries occur on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Engraving does not delay your order. Because our expert engravers work in-house, personalized name plates and engraved urns ship on the same schedule as non-engraved items.
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
Any in-stock U.S. order placed by 12:00 noon PST ships the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST ship the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Express Shipping Options
For time-sensitive deliveries, we offer three expedited options at checkout:
- Next Day Air Saver
- 2-Day Air
- 3-Day Air
Expedited shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout. The same noon-PST cutoff applies: express orders placed by 12:00 noon PST ship the same business day.
Saturday delivery may be available in some areas. Because it must be arranged manually, it is offered by phone only — please call us at (800) 757-3488 to request it before placing your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Fully customized items — such as 3D-printed and laser-engraved urns — are made to order and require a longer production window. Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime at inthelighturns.com/shippingtracking. If you have a time-critical delivery, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
International Shipping
Yes — we ship to many countries outside the United States. International shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge. These fees are set and collected by your local customs authority; please check with them if you have questions about potential charges before ordering.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away — within 7 days of delivery — with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement promptly. (See our Refund Policy for full details on damaged and defective items.)
