Cremation Urn Volume

Our Weeping Angel Wood & Art Urn is an incredible depiction of the Angel of Grief monument, sculpture made in 1894 by William Wetmore Story for his wife Evelyn. His beautiful monument was placed in the Protestant Cemetery, in Rome. The crystal clear and frosted Lucite has outstanding detail and depicts the Angel of Grief with modern beauty. You do have the option of a battery operated LED lighted base, that once turned on, shoots light through the beautiful Lucite art.

The angel is leaning on a clear cloud, mourning the loss of the loved one, invisibly within. Our art urn is made of clear and frosted Lucite, just for In The Light Urns. An elegant choice for home display. This is a limited urn series, made in the USA.

Since the art is not permanently attached to the urn base, many of our customers keep the art and wood urn together for a period of time. When the time comes, they place the urn base into a casket with a loved one that has passed, or bury the urn base. The art is kept as a family heirloom.

Size & Measurements:

This bottom loading urn is handmade from poplar wood in the U.S.A. and measures 9 1/2" x 4" x 9 1/2" and is 260 cubic inches.

My wife and I purchase this urn for my mother. She was the kind of rare mother that only a person who needs that support wishes they had. Anyway, my wife and I made everything as easy as we could for her and this angel urn reminds us of her loving spirit and how much we will miss her in our lives. Our kids too. I wanted to thank Crystal for her extra time with this, we wanted it exactly right and it was. If we ever have to, in future, we will recommend your company.
