I just wanted to thank you for your prompt service. I placed the order on October 6, called a few days later and explained that we had a service scheduled this week, and Andrew took care of expediting the process. It was received yesterday as scheduled.
The wild turkey urn is beautiful, and the keychain urns are beautifully done also.
Thank you so much for your attention to quality and detail and the obvious customer service you train your employees to carry out. That is rare in today's world.
Turkeys are a common site where we live.
A perfect urn for my granddad a wild life lover, I think he would have liked it. Very please with the service, people at this company that I spoke with and the urn, thank you.
